Searching for Beckton Sewage Works

I met P today for a bike ride. I met P in Edinburgh at Art College forever ago and we shared a flat with others for three years. 
We were a little over-ambitious having met at Tower Hill. The route had us cycling to Rainham Marshes and back again. Well over 60km. 
We got as far as Beckton and decided to look for the sewage works (don't ask). We did eventually find them but there was no public access - so no photos.
We did find the Docklands Equestrian Centre (see extras).
I was happier when we got back to central London and found a pub :)
