Chives

After an early morning shuttle run to Oxenholme to drop Mr B I was in the kitchen when I noticed the early sun back lighting the chives so I popped out with the camera to grab a blip. I had to lie on the patio to get down low enough and because of this I didn't pay the required attention to the camera settings. As a consequence there isn't enough DoF so for  bit of fun I have desaturated everything apart from the one flower truly in focus.

After the early sun it have been pretty grey although surprisingly warm. Stayed in and did the housework for the week before going shopping in Kendal. We have six guests staying for varying amounts of time over next week-end so I am stocking up!
