The downside

Going on holiday is always a manic rush trying to clear things up at work and at home before locking up and heading off.

If the definition of a holiday is forgetting the daily issues and relaxing and exploring new experiences, then this past week has been a huge success. Vienna was a great destination.

The downside is re-entry. Today involved meetings in Stirling and catching up on developments. A bit like the greenhouse, a lot can happen in a week.

So much so that to date I've managed to look just at today's emails and pull together the key papers to read. The blip is of the important ones from today. So lots of reading ahead, in between more meetings!!
