Pedal Power

Its 9.30pm and I'm tucked up in bed already!

It's been a busy day ...
Met up with J and my god daughter L for a lovely cycle along the Colliers Way cycle path. We didn't quite get to Radstock as L was getting chilly and wanted to walk!

By the time I got home I'd spent 2hrs in the saddle and at a more leisurely pace than usual covered 17.5 miles.

Popped off to look at carpet and get a quote.

The headed off to meet A and go for a run, 5.6 miles in 54mins not too shabby.

So now I'm showered and tucked up in bed a little tired, night night
