Summer's hanging on

Busy but still good at work. I remain happily perplexed at this unexpected situation.
Gloriously sunny evening for the drive home, so stopped off at Dunmanway lake for an evening blip with the ducks.
My step daughter, Yola got her junior cert results (GCSE equivalent) today and did well. 2 A's, 3 B's, 3 C's and a D. Well done to her and her dad for all the work put in. She went out on the tiles (ie. to the park in her 6 inch stilettos) while we watched the Tour of Britain highlights with a bottle of beer. Livin the high life here!
Early night for me and a late for Hubs waiting up for happy teenager to come home. Shame he didn't realise she was upstairs in bed when he was texting her at 12.30 to come home!!
