Took it to the range!

Was not going to take me long to take the new gun to the range, so first real opportunity and i'm there like a rat down a drainpipe.

I stunk. Dunno if the sights are low, but I managed to get the first magazine consistently within a 2 inch hole about 3 inches from the bullseye. I could not get bull to save my life, but managed to extend that 2 inch hole on request. So not sure if the sights are out or whether i dip the gun consistently when I press the trigger.

I'm not convinced it's the sights though as my father could get bull way more than I could.

I did a test firing (eg sitting and using the desk to hold the gun still) and it did fire about 2-3 inches off where I'd expect it though.
