Busy morning then this afternoon we went to Peter's mother's funeral at Stoke Mandeville. Peter is a good friend who was also a neighbour but after  his marriage failed he moved away & we rarely see him...he calls in very occasionally. We knew Brenda as they (her & her late husband) would often visit Peter Trudy & children. I have blipped both of them in the past - if not all of them..

It was a good send off & we sat next to a chap who also used to live in the road who Peter keeps in touch with. He had driven down from Lincolnshire where he is a fighter pilot training officer...another good bloke.
