So this is 'Bobby'

'Bobby' is a Magpie Lark who insists on pecking his reflection in the window. He taps away at my bedside window at 6.30 in the morning and at the kitchen window once the sun has moved to the other side of the house. It's infuriating. Not to mention STUPID. I have seen him take a flying leap into the window, picking up as much speed as possible before flying away a little dazed. This is a normal occurrence in Australia, and most people have their own Lark who head butts the windows and actually makes them very grubby indeed.

I have had a fairly quiet day today. I have been shopping at the local Westfield and now I am settling in to a cider, dinner and a movie. Off to the Dandenong ranges tomorrow.
