Ebb and Flow

We had Prosecco for breakfast! Well we had tea and coffee with the fry up then prosecco with Danish Pastries! We were all still a little hyped and were in the odd position of being elated with how Corbyn and Labour had done but depressed at May's coalition government. But we will play the waiting game as it appears Corbyn is doing!
I slept in the afternoon then got ready to photograph a friend playing his new album at the Arts Chapel in the village. I was rather nervous as he wants to use them for publicity and I really don't think my photographs are up to that! The chapel has a great glass window and a beautiful view of the farm, good to look at but not to have as a bright background! Plus coloured lighting and the artist moving? Oh crap - which a lot of them were!
I had to leave to do the chickens  just before the end of his second half which was a shame as he plays beautifully and is influenced by the rhythms of Kenya where he taught with his wife for several years. You can listen to him here and see the photos here!
