Contentment

Up with the lark, well I was at Southwick Country Park for the 5km parkrun at 9am with J and T.

Went off a bit quick and couldn't maintain that pace but another pb (personal best) of 27.54mins, finishing 53rd out of 81 runners (8th lady to finish and 2nd in my age group). So I'm pleased with that :)

Thank you to J and T for the drink and the natter in the sunshine afterwards.

Out to lunch and now just chilling with Tiggy.
