Golden Monday

Last night had much less impact than I expected, or certainly less of a negative one so the lingering cold has made everything a little slow today but I have been up and about and functioning. Which makes it a more golden day than expected. Though I can clearly only manage the most tenuous of links to the picture of golden beetroot - this week's unknown item in my veg box. Hopefully it will crop (haha) up again this week as it was delicious.
