Day 25 - Making progress
Unlike the rear half, the insulation on the front half is being cut on the ground to fit around the window openings, three on this side (four on the rear).
When sawn, there is an incredible amount of very fine wool like sawdust which clings to everything it comes in to contact with including stone paving. It is a nightmare to brush together and collect. And thats when it's dry. It gets 100 times worse when it rains.
Luckily the sawing on this side is done in one place with a standard electric table saw so the spread of the fibres is limited. As we will shortly be experiencing, the cut outs for the windows on the rear side, done in situ and with a chainsaw are 1000 times worse.
Still cleaning up is our past-time, main thing the work on the roof moves along.
