Looking Out

First it was the hens and now it's Milkshake wondering when the rain will stop! It fascinates me where she chooses to sit /sleep - her favourite place under the stairs has now been abandoned and it's the chair in the conservatory or the front room she heads for!
I bought a new fence checker as the old one had died - what do you know - turned out fence was dead when I took it up and tested it! Heavens only knows how long it's been dead and given we have foxes on the allotment I was a bit alarmed! Obviously they hadn't tried getting in for a while to know the fence was dead! So until the new fence arrives it's back to being confined to the Eglu run - they seem to spend most of their time there anyway - they got used to it during their long Avian Bird Flu containment!
