Still Smiling.

I had a lovely day supporting these crazy guys who were running in the Southend Half marathon this morning. No of them really enjoyed it because of the heat. Nice that they were smiling at the end.
I think St John ambulance worked over time today with people collapsing. One poor guy was just 15 mts from the finish line. He needed the paramedic he was so bad. Hope he's recovered now.
Came home and got ready to entertain the guys from my channel swim with their partners.
What a great evening we had. Love days like this.
