Semi-Skilled?

The second Tuesday of each month means an 1100 start with the 2000 finish making for a long day
The 1100 start enables me to attend the RNA Committee Meeting although not so much of a meeting today as only three of nine were available.

I don't do 'micro' management, neither giving or receiving, so trying to get my point across today has been a bit fraught.

A Marine Engineer by trade, and qualified in a multitude of skills but not unfortunately building and road repairs.
