Youth & Enthusiasm

Joshua’s assessment seems to be progressing well. This four week period has a profound effect on his career at the end he will either be a General Fitter or looking for a new trade within the Royal Engineers.
The smiles of his section mask the fact that they have just taken the first of their ‘progressive’ examinations, the pass mark is 60%.
I think Joshua thought his days of homework were behind him but he is determined enough to complete the course.
