Kinlochewe

(Yesterday's blip now posted)
As forecast it was increasingly wet and windy today and we were glad our luggage didn't have to get wet.
First stop was the café in Kinlochewe for some more breakfast, its cheery exterior was welcome (as the refreshment).
Then to Aviemore for a short walk in the Rothiemurchus Forest (and we hit a bright spell and saw the flowers in extras - intermediate wintergreen, I think) before a wet and windy drive over Drumochter and home - 2 kayaks on the roof certainly made their presence felt but they stayed in place.
Fortunately it was dry here so the shoes and water gear have been out drying.
Back to normal life tomorrow!
