Bookends

Up early and off to trifarm. Not really to swim for myself but more to help a friend who's doing her first triathlon next week. She's doing really well. It wasn't that long ago I was teaching her to swim. Today she swam her first full lap. I'm so pleased for her.
I then took my bike back to Bike Fit to try another saddle. It's great that I can try saddles until I find one that suits the undercarriage. They are quite expensive. The last one I was trying was £120. Trouble is I like it. I'm trying one for £60 now to see if it's as good as the other.
Came back and read in the shelter while it poured with rain.
Once it stopped we walked the dogs to the local. Had a drink then home.
Good news I won my age group in the swim yesterday. Only 6 in my age group. But I was 28th female out of the water and 71st over all. Pleased with that. Now I have a target to beat next year.
