Hornet Hoverfly

I've noticed these big bugs flying around the garden of late but it wasn't until I pictured one that I managed to identify it. Its known as the Hornet Mimic (I believe) and is Volucella zonaria. There is another shot in the extras.

Another restful day and having spoken to the centre they instructed me to take more Factor VIII which I have done.
