The Lock In

The weather was not too great today so we were confined to barracks for the biggest part of the day. Still feeling grotty but knee is much recovered, upper right arm is still painful and so under Dr's orders I have had more factor tonight. Plenty of rest & I will be fine in a day or two, though picking the boy up today probably didn't help too much ... but, he didn't really notice, so that was good.

Colder day with some rain.
