Rudbeckia

This is the rudbeckia from 24 July, nearly open now, but still keeping a little of the lovely yellowy-green on the back of the petals, and almost ready to reveal the central cone. It's the first flower on this group of rudbeckias and the rest will follow before too long. They're always worth the wait  - it would be great if we had room to grow some of the really tall ones. Maybe there's a way to squeeze them in.
