2017 Friday -- Shoreline Shuffle

As we walked the sand this afternoon we saw seashells and sea glass, and then we saw the shoreline shuffle being demonstrated and learned right before our eyes. As we strolled past, the timing and technique of popping the kelp bulbs was being passed down from one generation to the next. A certain finesse and some serious concentration are required if a person desires to be an award winning "shoreline shuffler" (kelp bulb popper). These two were too colorful and cute not to capture.

That's my final thought on this Friday,
