Production line
It poured with rain this morning but T and his chums were determined to brave the wet weather and go blackberrying and sloe picking. They then went to the supermarket to buy sugar, cheap gin and brandy.
After lunch they sat quietly in the kitchen, hardly a murmur, while concentrating on pricking the sloes to make the juices run once they were mixed with the sugar and gin in the bottles. They managed to produce four bottles of sloe gin and four of blackerry brandy, one of each for each of them. During the coming weeks and months they will religiously shake those bottles and in about three months time, around Christmas time, there will be a happy warming time for all!
