It is good to know that the highways people are concerned about children; that must be why this sign is so well maintained. It actually made me smile that such a warning could just be left to fade.
If I was be nerdy I would say that this is BridgeE1/185, in Stanmore Lane. I know because I blipped the sign. Fortunately I am not nerdy so you did not get this information from me.
This morning it poured down, I looked out and got wet but the sun came out later :-)
