Highlights

I spent (too many) hours sitting at my computer today working on my to-do list. It was getting close to dinner time when Cynthia suggested a walk down at Lake Padden. I clearly needed the exercise and fresh air so I agreed, but when we got to the lake and I pulled out my camera, I couldn't shake the been-there-done-that feeling -- until we walked down the gorge trail.

It was surprisingly dark under the dense tree canopy except for brilliant narrow shafts of sunlight. Suddenly there were a myriad photo opportunities -- see extras!

P.S. Yesterday's backblip was unusual in a different way.
