Silver Birch catkins.
Still in Ashburton until teatime. I decided that I really needed a blip as I have a Pixels group meeting tonight. My granddaughter (3) saw me wandering around with my camera. I stopped by a lovely Silver Birch in the garden. It is in full catkins at the present. She asked me what they were. When I told her they were catkins, she laughed and said they didn't look anything like a cat!!! So then explained they were the flowers of the tree. Her answer then was- they are very pretty Nan. So they are my blip tonight.
