Getting a boost

Today was an Audit and Risk Management Committee meeting, the first under the Committee's new chair, Henry Robson, and a meeting with West Lothian College about training. Afterwards I returned to the desk and the computer to catch up. Faced with dozens of emails I turned to a bag of jelly babies (left over from Sunday's activities) and I decided to get a sugar boost.

Ps. I didn't eat the whole bag!!
