Need to go

"Need to go" - not as in the blip - seen in The Lighthouse in Glasgow - but my message today as I dashed from one meeting to the next and/or for trains.


The day stared well as I was in Waverley Station in good time for the 08:30 to Glasgow. But due to a train breakdown this was cancelled, as was the 08:45. The 09:00 left late after much confusion and thereafter no more travel problems.

The first meeting was at said Lighthouse where I took part in one of the "Discovery" sessions for the Care Review. Lots of stimulating discussion and comments done in the World Cafe format where you write down comments on one table cloth (paper!) then move on to the next table to review and discuss what they had recorded. See extra.

Then on to a Digital Delivery board to review progress on the joint digital programme. Lots of activity and discussion about how to recapture momentum, but lots of tasks achieved (and more identified).

Back to Edinburgh then a catch up with friends before getting ready for tomorrow's meetings.
