Horses for Courses...

We got out and about a bit today.  Yay!  :-))

We took Lola a run in the car to Falkirk to Hungry Hounds to collect her next lot of food.  She was a star.  A little bit of whining as we set off but some gentle words and the settle command and she lay down and cuddled into Goldie and there wasn't a peep out of her there and back.

I've been so absorbed with Lola (did you notice? :-) that I got a bit of a shock when I sat down today and looked at the calendar and what's happening over the next couple of weeks.

David's ex-work colleague Jann is coming for lunch tomorrow.  Alan's friend Andrew is coming on Friday, Tracy the Speech Therapist is coming on Saturday afternoon and Ele and Kenny are coming on Saturday night for dinner and to celebrate Kenny's birthday.  Hopefully have a lazy day on Sunday.

Next week we will see John and Norma, the decorators are supposed to be starting on Monday, Lola gets her second vaccination on Thursday then David heads off to Portugal for his annual golfing weekend.  I'm hoping we're a bit further ahead with the toilet training by then!
