Sun(flower) and rain

A mixed day today - drizzle, glorious warmth and then torrential downpour!

I had a disagreement with customer services in B&Q this afternoon. We had bought a shower a couple of weeks ago but when it was fitted  it leaked like mad. The lady was trying to tell me that I would have to call Triton and have an engineer come and inspect it and that they could do nothing. Even trying to quote the Sale of Goods Act wasn't going to shift her. In the end I asked her to call the manager and after a bit more arguing they gave me a refund. Result.
