Awardling we do go; again

This is sort of a day late as this was awarded to us yesterday, but we had better things to celebrate then.  So, apologies for an overabundance of selfies but we have, yet again, come second in the Worcestershire Tourism Awards for Best Guest Accommodation - as we have every year since we started. Forever the bridesmaid.

It's not being 2nd that's proving irksome, it's being judged under a system that seems to value customer service less than ostentation, though with VisitEngland driving the style that really shouldn't be much of a surprise.

But anyway - this is pretty much forgotten already, beyond knocking out a press release; hence the photo. We have fantastic guests, make people happy and have a very happy life in the process - no bit of engraved glass is going to change that.
