1. Up early and eat pancakes with coffee as the rain lashes against the window.

2. Patience pays off and around midday the sky clears and I head out for a run.

3. I loop round three parks - Cathkin, Queens and Maxwell all with sunshine and autumnal leaves falling slowing all around me. One of those days where I go further, run faster, take the long roads and push myself on.

4. I heard about a new market not too far from me and later, I take a wander. I go over and under a lot of bridges on the way. This is one of them.

5. Great market and if you like a right good rummage round rooms full of junk and furniture this is for you. There was a sewing machine room.
