It "grew some".

It was bought on the 19th July '15. NOT 100% sure if it was to please me, or Alice, or us. 
By May '16, it was "ten times no bigger".
In April this year I was beginning to wonder if Star Trek had put it "in stasis".
By July it had reached escape velocity. 
I hadn't checked it for a while and only spotted it today, during one of my emergency-avoiding wander, point and click sessions.
I'm a bit chuffed, having heard an "expert" recently telling an audience that it was the norm to have to plant it 3 times before it would grow "there".
Another bit of evidence backing my theory:-
On NO account let the plants read the book, that way they don't know what's expected of them.

I wonder if it'll take another 3 yrs to flower?
