A Bee on a Flower

There were lots of flowers and lots of bees hard at work in the sun this afternoon.

After getting the groceries this morning, I helped with collecting for Pink Ribbon day.  As a Breast Cancer survivor, it is nice to be able to  support others who are just starting their B.C. journey.

I am always amazed by the generosity of the people who donate and I suppose it is because Breast Cancer touches so many lives. Many want to share their story  -  and it is usually told with humour and courage.

My blip has nothing to do with Pink Ribbon day - except it is pink.
