Ruddy Darter

I spotted this dragonfly on a garden chair, and it seemed to be basking in the late evening sun. I think it's a male Ruddy Darter but welcome any other identifications.
This morning was our second visit to the monthly village hall breakfast - and very nice it was too. It's a great idea - fund raising for local causes, and a lovely way of meeting people. We have still only managed the "4 items". I think it will take us a year to work up to the Full Monty of 7.
