Harvest Rap

Jed and Rowan's school had their harvest festival this afternoon. It's always a fun time. Jed's class did their harvest rap (Jed is in the red cap). Rowan said his little piece about how apples grow. The reception children always sing Jingle Jangle Scarecrow which always goes down a treat....children are so confident these days that they love their 15 minutes of fame, even at the age of 4!

I can also see that people are struggling financially these days. A few years back, boxes of harvest goodies donated by parents to the school for them to then hand out to the elderly in the village, would fill an entire side of the hall. Today there were still plenty of harvest goodies donated but they filled one table.
