TOO MANY appointments one after the other today.

The fun bits included trying out a BalletFit class at lunchtime.
I will not be able to move tomorrow! It was without doubt the hardest hour of exercise of my life!

Thus I had to have the quickest lunch in the car afterwards - which was made far more entertaining by these mad people kitesurfing...

There were about 20 of them - thankfully they didn't get tangled up - but left the water frequently (see Extra).
