Thirlmere

Went exploring today out and about along the west side of Thirlmere. For once the weather was better than forecast and we did have some short sunny spells. Managed to catch a corner of Thirlmere that was very calm and enjoyed shooting the reflections and the gorgeous colours. There's another in extras. The west side of Thirlmere is a quiet and much less visited area than many others and there were many paths and trails to explore. Walked up to Harrop Tarn but the light was much less good at that point.
