Hot tub

C spent ages taking photos of D n I in the hot tub. So this isn’t actually my blip, it was taken by C. We all tried out the big hot tub too. It was fab sat by the river watching fish leaping, kingfishers flying past as we sat in a hot tub. Later A and boys went for a dip in the river and then came running back over the field to jump in the hot tub to warm back up. There was no way you’d catch me swimming in that river - it was freezing!
I preferred sitting in the hot tub while they played football first thing. We then headed out for an autumnal walk by the river. There was much moaning by the boys who wanted to just play football but they were happily throwing leaves and playing with sticks once walking.
The rain started at about 5 while the boys were taking their dips in the river. There’s something nice about sitting in a hot tub undercover and listening to the rain. By the time we headed from the pub, in the car this time, the road was partially flooded and we wondered if we’d get trapped there...
