Lago Maggiore

Arrived ay Lago Maggiore. There was a wait at Milan airport as we had a tight connection in Paris, and although we made it our luggage did not. We waited in Milan for the next flight to bring our luggage.

We are staying at Baveno, just a couple of miles North of Stresa. After checking in at the hotel we sauntered down to the lake for a glass of wine and dinner. The evening was rather cloudy but warm.
