Nasturtiums
Had a good gardening session at the allotment. We cleared the pond of fallen leaves, cut back the catmint hedge and weeded. We also planted a row of rainbow chard just to see if it might grow through the winter.
As we walked out of the allotment gate by the Waters of Leith River two dippers were singing beautifully. I have never heard the call of dippers before and hadn't realised they made such a sweet sound.
