Grandstand view

Out to lunch with a group of friends today, and my route took me across Epsom Downs with its famous grandstand. I grew up near here so the old grandstand was part of my life, but these buildings are more recent, apart from the little one on the left. This is called the Prince's stand and was built in 1879. It is in the middle stand, The Queen's Stand that the Queen so enjoys the racing from the Royal Box.
