Dunnit!
We've had a long and exhausting day bottling, corking, capsuling, labelling and boxing seventy cases of our 2011 Carignan/Cinsault blend. It's taken from 10am to 8.30pm and this morning we had lots of help from our pals Yvonne and Henny. That's artisinale wine for you - very hands on.
Here Ali (blipper BrodieB) is labelling the last few bottles in the kitchen here at Le Couvent.
For fellow blippers LocalFoodLover, SuzyPPrice, Fulleykins, Pilipo and ChrisK - you were all here when we pressed the wine that we were bottling today!
