Colourful carrots

Very autumnal and very tasty too.

We popped to Exeter first thing and then had a lazy day at home. I finally managed to finish knitting up the pom pom wool - don’t think I’ll be trying that again in a hurry as it wasn’t the easiest thing to work with. Not even sure what I am going to do with it. At the moment I have it draped across a storage unit (extra).

Time to choose another project - and just in time for woolly weather :)

Back to work for me and Ian tomorrow. Leo has one more day of freedom so will be have fun with his Grandma and Grandad and the Bowls Club crew.

Am just about to curl up in bed with a nice new book - The Hours Before Dawn. It promises to be a ‘flawless masterclass in tension’ - sounds promising.
