Rebuilding

Today I crumbled.

Utterly and without reservation. Rock bottom was reached when the pain left me with nothing else to do except crawl onto my office floor, curl up and wail. Fortunately, only a couple of people saw me...I am mortified that I didn't have the ability to at least stay on my seat and just cry on my desk.

I have at least stopped weeping without any warning.

I am fighting a cold and earache...it needs to bugger right off...nothing is stopping my operation, not after today.

I am rebuilding with gin, lime and soda (approx 50% gin) and chocolate.

now I just have to spend my weekend doing my marking and prepping enough work to leave for 7 days of absence. Woohoo.
