Woke from an unsettled night. Couldn't get to sleep, then at 3am I woke to a loud thumping noise. I thought someone was banging on my door, but it turns out it was my fridge. I got such a fright. The power had gone off and I can only assume the noise was when the fridge went back on.

Today I decided to use my Historic Scotland membership and go up to Edinburgh Castle. The views were amazing .

Came home and slept for 2hrs.
