Darkness Falls on Linlithgow

A trip out west this afternoon, to lovely Linlithgow. I was on a mission to buy some fabric to finish off the quilt destined to be a draught excluder. I spent so long choosing it that the light was nearly gone by the time we got out for the planned walk around the Loch.  

Just time for a hasty shot of the church tower and the palace ruins peeping through the trees.
