Boom!

I really hadn't intended to photograph nor even watch the belated Calstock Fireworks. I was watching Strictly and knitting a pair of oh so soft fingerless mittens in a colour called Hollyhock when BOOM! Before I knew it Strictly put on pause, knitting thrown down, camera grabbed from kitchen and up the stairs to the attic! Not as spectacular as The Bikers Fireworks but still enjoyable, and I even stood on the bed with most of my body out of the velux window! It was great to hear the roar of appreciation from the people in the village when they finished. So back I  then went to my knitting and Strictly!
