Emptying the harbour - Tarbert

I was in Tarbert on Loch Fyne today for a surgery and a number of meetings.

Walking along the quayside at lunchtime I saw this man who appeared to be emptying the harbour with a bucket.

I am sure he was really engaged in some other more achievable purpose - I just couldn’t work out what it was.

The picture was a good one though....
