From where I'm sitting

Village Life

On a misty-moisty October morning, Mr G, his mum and an assortment of other loonies runners took part in the annual round-the-village run. 3.4 miles, a mix of pavements, fields and muddy muddy hills. Have never fancied it myself, but it's always nice to catch up with the other supporters at the finish line as we wait for the intrepid participants to return. Last year the race took place in blazing sunshine. Nothing of the sort today.

Here are the runners receiving their pre-match briefing.
